We always look around your property before providing a free quotation. Each property is unique and the service we provide is designed for your individual needs. Our home management service starts at £70.
We pride ourselves in offering the highest standards in professional cleaning service.
Our housekeeping team work between 10am and 4pm on changeover days. We try, whenever possible, that you have the same team on a regular basis.
Change Over Service Includes:
All used beds are changed and presented beautifully by our trained staff. We ensure thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. Dusting high corners and low skirting boards, lampshades, furniture and light fittings. Complete vacuuming in every room. Spot cleaning paintwork.
We provide high-quality bedding every week.
All used bedding is sent away to be laundered professionally. This includes bedding and towels. T-towels and oven gloves are provided as well.
Occasionally your throws, cushions or rugs need cleaning. It is something we will keep an eye on and will do as and when required.
Pillow and mattress protectors are regularly checked and laundered when needed.
Window cleaning is where it all started back in 1972. Our window cleaning service has come on a long way since then.
We use the reach and wash system with de-ironized water. It not only cleans all the frames but does not leave a film on the glass for dirt particles to cling too. The glass stays cleaner much longer!
Our team are also trained in the traditional methods of window cleaning.
Linen & Towels
Buying bedding and towels for all your house will cost hundreds of pounds – One set on the bed, one in the cupboard and one in the laundry. We provide this free of charge.
We provide high-quality, fresh, white hotel bedding every week with no initial start up charge.
The cost of your bedding being laundered is included in our changeover charge.
This means no outlay, no concerns regarding wear and tear, damage or loss. No annual replacement.
This includes quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, bath sheets, hand towels and bath mats.
T-towels can also be provided.
You provide pillows, quilts, valance (if required) mattress and pillow protectors.
24 Hour Call Outs
We provide a 24 Hour Call Out service for your guests. Our contact details are in each property and if the problem can be resolved over the phone there is no charge to the owners. If we have to attend the property there may be a small charge for this.
Your guests are our guests and we want them to know we are on hand at all times to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
Part of our property management service is to be a key holder. Our housekeeping team have a key and we also have a spare in our office. We are then on hand for tradesmen or meter readers who may need access. Also for the possibility that of one guest losing a key or simply just being locked out.
Every home needs at least one deep clean per year. Spring is often considered the best time. Historically this was due to all the dust and dirt generated from burning coal and wood through the dark cold winter months. Thus we have ‘ Spring Cleans’.
Our start / end of season deep cleans include the thorough clean we provide all year with the following extras:
- All tiles in bathrooms and kitchens cleaned
- All doors and skirting boards cleaned
- High dusting of covings and ceiling lights
- Kitchen cupboards and drawers emptied and wiped and all appliances cleaned
Renovating your property can make a mess. Builders dust gets everywhere.
Our team clean from top to bottom. All paintwork and tiles need a wet cloth, dry cloth clean. Cupboards inside and out, all switches and light fittings etc. Beds and side tables are moved to clean behind and under all windows cleaned, removing stickers from new fittings and fixtures.

I started my cleaning business back in 1972. Back then, I borrowed my mother’s bucket and bought a ladder from the Grattan catalogue. Then started my first round of window cleaning.
From then I built a large window cleaning business with many council contracts, hospitals, schools and universities. Yet we still remained loyal to our residential customers by providing a regular and reliable window cleaning service.
